A: We recommend a file size starting from 1200x1200 pixels. It is also important for the subject to not be to small in proportion to the image. The further away the subject is the most likely it will become blurry/ pixelated when printed.
We also recommend not using images sent via messaging platforms and social media. These sites usually compress the images. Our team will do the best work to make your images look great, including editing lighting and colors, decreasing noise, photoshopping elements that block your subject out of the image and, of course, removing the background.
Remember: we will send you an image for approval before printing your card. And the card will be sent to print ONLY when you will be satisfied with the result!
A: The process is as follows
1) You choose the design you like best and fill out your card info in the form
2) You add the item to cart and finalize the purchase
3) After this you will receive a email confirmation about your order
4) We will edit your image, prep your card and send you a design for review. If needed, any additional changes will be made. Unlimited revisions, free of charge!
5) When you confirm the design, we will send it to print.
6) The card is printed and shipped out the within 24 hours of receiving your approval for the design!
7.) You should receive your card within 3-5 business days, depending on your country and location.
